Aldi do a lovely coffee stout! Not something to drink pint after pint of, but one or two is lovely!

Not into all these oat or milk or whatever stouts. I think they overdo it with the flavour. Irish stout however is second only to a first rate pint of bitter. If you're looking for a smaller brewery other than the obvious Guinness or Murphy's I can recommend O'Hara. Absolutely brilliant, and that's just from a can. I don’t drink whisky myself, but told it’s amazing. I have tried the Glen Marnock Speyside Single Malt from Aldi Gav and that is very nice. They also do an Islay version.
