In fairness it came from a giveaway. The right flank were nowwhere for the cross either. 
Pickering hasn’t been great but there’s at least 5 worse out there

JDT made his philosophy very clear, high tempo, fast paced and constantly pressing and closing down the opposition, we are doing absolutely none of those things, very poor.
