I really really really don;t understand why we insist on having three forwards who we can barely get the ball to, so they end up dropping deep anyway. Why not just play a bloody extra midfielder so we can actually pass it through the middle and the wingbacks push up. We only need two up front.

It's as if Saturday didn't happen, but what I can't understand is how we suddenly lose all ability to control or pass the ball as soon as we leave the environs of Blackburn. 

Wigan are working harder than us, that's the issue so far. 

At least BBD is up for it, thank God....

He is for me. We weren’t ever going up under Mowbray. He just wasn’t capable of progressing us any further. We needed something different and there’s only two options: 1) someone to take what Mowbray had and push us on to the next level 2) change the entire mindset of the club to push us on to the next level. 
 

As far as I can see they couldn’t find someone to do route 1 and thought JDT could do route 2!

JDT probably thought we were signing geoff Hirst
