Makes the last few fixtures all the more frustrating. Yeah I agree. 352 has been an obvious change we needed to do for at least six weeks... It's better for Gallagher, Brereton, Morton, Travis, Brittain, Pickering Quote

bluebruce Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 It would be remiss of me not to mention that was a fine strike from Gally. For all his shortcomings he can hit a ball. 1 Quote

ItsRoverZ Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 A little worried about BBD ..seems to lack composure right now? Confidence thing? Quote

He needs very carefully managing and needs to understand that this is important, but if we can keep him on this trajectory he could easily be a Jude Bellingham type sale one day. WHAT A FUCKING GOAL SAM GALLAGHER!! How did that work out for Birmingham? I think you mean he needs to be carefully managed so he can be at the centre of our midfield when we're back in the PL. 1 Quote
BigBar Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 Players played in their natural positions and a midfield that can compete 👍 1 Quote
BigBar Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 Giles is a player. We really wasted him here, he would be such an asset in this team. 3 Quote

Giles is a machine. Quote

Tugay Et Labore Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 This formation really plays to our strengths. Brittain has some freedom to get forward. Our two ball playing centre mids allow for Travis to concentrate on battling. The tall strikers can actually play as strikers instead of being expected to be nippy wingers. Adam Wharton has a coolness on the ball that I don’t think can be taught. He needs more playing time as he can really transform how we approach games this season. Quote
islander200 Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 Get a third and get Garrett on for Travis 2 Quote
BigBar Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 Nothing cheap now. Need to be smart and disciplined, can't offer them a route back into the game by switching off. Seen it too many times. Quote
