The players, fans and pundits all want him to stay on as England manager You have already answered your own question with the bit in bold, but she has delivered for the Lioness so fair play to here even tho. So answer the queston yourself then! Should the current women's manager be in situ or not? My guess is that you won't directly answer the question for obvious reasons. Quote

RTM08 Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 All tournament you could see Messi wanted this badly, and despite their average squad you can see how every player buys into the cause. France should never have made it past England or Morocco so no surprise they haven't shown up. Not over yet though. 1 Quote
JohnD Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 Very one sided. The French are lazy, give the ball away too cheaply and too often, lack shape and discipline. Quote

roverandout Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 If Argentina win will people be saying thru haven't played anyone? Because their run has been piss easy. Saudi Arabia Poland Mexico Australia. An average Dutch team. A Croatian side that's been about 2 years past their best. Fair enough France are a top side Quote

Croatia in particular deserve a lot more praise. 1 Quote

This half they've literally been the ultimate team performance. Without the ball it's like a group of angry Yorkshire Terriers constantly snapping at heels. The pressing levels are insane. With the ball about half a dozen of them have been exquisite. I'm surprised and impressed. Didn't expect this. Mbappe anonymous and it's not really his fault. 1 Quote

People say that about England when they play a lot of average sides and still get knocked out… 3 Quote
Sweaty Gussets Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 Messi showing why he'll always be a level above Griezmann and Mbappe. Argentina have been superb. Best performance of any team in this tournament so far. Their fans are brilliant too. 1 Quote

J*B Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 Argentina manager deserves props here. Keeping Di Maria as a threat so far on the left hand side of the pitch is making it almost impossible for France to attack down the opposite side without stretching the pitch. France will put Mbappe central second half to try and counter it. 3 Quote

matt83 Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 2 countries and sides I dislike so not sure who I want to lose the most. I hate the messi love in but quite like him but on balance the fact emperor macron is in attendance think will have to support the argies. 2 Quote

Darrenbot Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 As for the Southgate announcement Baddiel and Skinner better get updating their song to 60 years of hurt as there's no chance of wininng in 24 with him in charge Quote

According to the anti-Argentina brigade, they are a one man team. Watching this, they have quality over the whole team. 1 Quote
