He just doesn't do it alot I think he's really effective on the ball. He just looks like he shouldn't be! He creates a hatful and rarely gives the ball away. My point is that he's always been a bit inelegant and relies more on clever movement than pace, so I think we're seeing Harry Kane being Harry Kane rather than England picking an unfit player. 2 Quote

roverandout Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 If I was a Tunisia player I would be having a word with khazri he's in it for himself Quote
roverandout Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Just realized they have a new Zealand ref in charge of Tunisia v France who refferees in Australia and Tunisia's direct opponent is Australia In the other game. Surely that's wrong Quote

The supposed strength in depth they're playing a midfielder at left back They did take 2 left backs but one got a bad injury in the first game. They have just cobbled together a team to give players game time. 27 minutes ago, roverandout said: If I was a Tunisia player I would be having a word with khazri he's in it for himself Seems to be working thus far. 2 Quote
Claytons Left Boot Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 So many babies on the pitch, France v Tunisia, they should have been feeding them Farley’s Rusks and warm milk at half time. 1 Quote

Hardly justifying your point. It wasn't a difficult point to grasp. And we do have plenty of good English coaches in the English game. Rooney has only been a head coach for year. Let's see how he and other coaches are doing in 4 years when I think Southgate will go. I did say Lampard does need to improve and kick on his career now and Gerrard will need to pick his new job if he does want to back into it. They might be other choices in 4 years depends on what happens in that space of time. 1 hour ago, roverandout said: France don't look anything special to me. When England play badly it's because we're not as good as we think we are. How silly of me (,being sarcastic btw). Backup players are there to make an impact otherwise why are they there Quote

Where do you come across all of these random British opinions and slating? I go on Scottish boards and just happened to see on YouTube duff and Liam Brady slate England Quote
roverandout Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Fucking disgraceful if he gives a penalty Quote
Backroom DE. Posted November 30, 2022 Backroom Posted November 30, 2022 Poland are absolutely terrible. Hard to see them even getting a point from this one if they can't improve on their current level of performance. 1 Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 omfg, you must be having a tin bath, there has to be some sort of corruption going on with decisions like that, thankfully, justice has been served 2 Quote
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Yeah, never a pen in a million years. That was a terrible decision. 3 Quote
Proudtobeblue&white Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 If Blackburn still had a Burtons, I'd show my behind in the shop window if that was a penalty. Glad it was saved. 1 Quote
Ianrally Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Some VAR officials must be on the take. Glad it was saved as no way on earth that was a penalty. 2 Quote
Backroom DE. Posted November 30, 2022 Backroom Posted November 30, 2022 A terrible decision but a fantastic save. Is it me or does a referee going over to the monitor literally always result in a penalty? Struggling to think of an instance where it hasn't in this world cup - and some of those decisions have been ridiculous. 3 Quote

Denmark v Tunisia saw a ref stick with his decision, but referees have to be stronger. VAR is an easy scapegoat but individuals are making poor decisions. 1 Quote
roverandout Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 (edited) Poland need to grow some balls and stop showing this above average team so much respect. Otherwise they'll concede Edited November 30, 2022 by roverandout Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 particularly bizarre was the decision, what`s a goalkeeper supposed to do,go for the ball with no arms up😲poland are poor though and i`ll be amazed if the argies don`t score a couple 3 Quote

It’s because the spineless VAR officials get absolved from the decision making. There is no point in having them in these type of instances. 1 Quote
