A few opinions on Dack this season from Sunderland fans. Although it was sad to see him leave, it’s clear JDT & GB were right to let him go.

Yeah, he was one of the few players in that time that put a smile on my face. Who knows what he could have done but for the injuries ?

If the rumours of the time are to be believed he would have gone to WBA and most likely played some PL football. It would have been really interesting to see how he would have adapted, and if he could have been effective at that level. Unfortunately we'll never know.

Are Corry Evans or Smallwood still around? Anyway it seems we dodged a bullet by not being sentimental and letting Dack go. Sammy offers so much more than post injury Dack.

Evans is at Sunderland (and injured!).

Smallwood is at Bradford (their captain).
