Still less inclined on a Sunday than a Saturday imo. And early kick off shaves another 2.5hrs off. I just hope neither set of fans embarrasses themselves on Remembrance Sunday 😕 3 Quote

Every club has its idiots we can only hope that this match passes off relatively peacefully. The lad in question lived a few doors away from me at the time. He wasn’t a football hooligan or a troublemaker of any kind. He just got swept along and in a moment of madness threw the brick. I’m sure he’s regretted his actions every day since. 2 Quote
Mattyblue Posted November 11, 2022 Posted November 11, 2022 (edited) Really, Mike? The kind of folk that would kick off? Doubt the day would make one iota of difference. And obviously Saturday would’ve been 12:30 too. Edited November 11, 2022 by Mattyblue Quote
Popular Post Mercer Posted November 11, 2022 Popular Post Posted November 11, 2022 I couldn't believe it when it was announced Rovers' fans could make their own way to the match. I genuinely fear for the safety of some of our fans. I don't think there's any doubt there are idiots in the fan base of both clubs but from what I've seen over recent times both at Ewood and Turf Moor, the Rovers' core seem to be of the younger generation whilst Burnley still seem to have a hard core of the older generation who I think would run the Rovers' fans well and truly out of town. Will be watching on tv as I've a family event early afternoon. To all Rovers' fans going, be safe and sensible. 12 Quote

Ossydave Posted November 11, 2022 Posted November 11, 2022 As expected they aren't serving ale at half time, given their last attempts its probably for the best.... Quote

Displaced Rover Posted November 11, 2022 Posted November 11, 2022 The tackle (assault) by Ball on Dunn still makes me laugh. In the longer footage he walks off claiming he got the ball 😂 1 Quote

I doubt we'll see the spectacle of " Buzzes " being " buzzed " by drones or missiles, even though we Clarets do have an advantage as " Bomb Aimers ", because of the extra finger .... 🙄 5 Quote
