yankfan Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Take the point but dire play. Don’t see us making the playoffs with our form. Quote
SBlue Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Good point. Decent performance. Came from behind - draw specialists! 3 Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 (edited) Well I certainly didn’t see us getting a point when we went one behind as we were terrible for a while after. That gotta be our first point from a losing position this season?! Edit: I can see from Angry Pirate that it is indeed. Edited February 15, 2023 by Gavlar Somerset Rover! 1 Quote

toogs Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Terrible tactics and terrible performance. Again. 4 Quote
ItsRoverZ Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Full time! 1-1! Huge two away points from Watford and West brom, we competed and tbf the goals we conceded in both games were avoidable as hell! If only we could of shown up against Wigan! ..beat Swansea on Saturday and its been a brilliant 2 weeks tbf! We just need to be more brave going forward, a bit quicker, all in all though can't complain about the last to performances! Get in 4 Quote
Miker Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Second half performance was horrendous... but a point here is a good result. We desperately need an O'Brien in midfield, but stuck with Morton/Buckley/Travis who are all not good enough for a promotion chasing side. 3 Quote
Proudtobeblue&white Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Take that. A point better than nothing. Quote
rovers11 Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Two very tough away games, two very good results. Still feel the football is unwatchable but credit where it's due for two good results. 2 Quote
had.e.nuff Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 I didn't know you were allowed to get points when the other team scored first 9 Quote
Angry_Pirate Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Bonus: I was going to add that the the last time Rovers scored a Championship equaliser, the other team scored in the 100th minute. Figured I'd wait till FT to share that part and avoid a jinx. 1 Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 lets face the facts,we need a complete new midfield,2 quick full backs and a couple of centre forwards to have a go at promotion, are these players coming in the summer,i doubt it,i can see what jdt wants to do but you can`t do it with the personel he`s got 5 Quote
booth Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 I'm amazed people are moaning, I expected nothing from the last two games. Two points from two difficult away games. Fair enough we'll f*** it up at home to Swansea and Blackpool like... 8 Quote
Wheelton Blue Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Good point that, well done Rovers. The subs were awful though and nearly lost us the game as a result; the nothingness of Hedges and the aimless running around of Szmodics. Thank goodness Brereton remembered how to shoot. Quote
Armchair supporter supremo Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Gone from having a bizarre 6 months of not being able to get a draw to now ONLY DRAWS. Could only happen at VenkysBrfc. I'll take it though!!! So far for his first season you cant really say JDT has done a poor job! especially considering what he has to work with and who he is working for!! 3 Quote

den Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 I thought we were a disorganised, error strewn mess TBH. 3 Quote

Undefeated in consecutive away games at Watford and WBA; every single one of us would have taken that. Pears excellent, delighted for BBD - looked a lot better today. We really need O'Brien to turn these draws into wins. I mean, just dropping Morton would probably help turn some of them into wins. 10 Quote

Hedges was looking a star player a potential the beginning of the season. the fks happened to him! even szmodics was chipping in with goals and making himself busy to begin with. 1 Quote
