Just on the "good football" discussion, Birmingham have got some praise on here for being well set up and looking good football wise. Yet they keep on losing and sit only 7 points above relegation, with challengers all around them picking up points. I'd take our season so far over theirs and it isn't even close.

I'd love to know what we're trying to achieve by doing this

We have midfield players who can retain possession and with an eye for a pass, eg Buckley, JRC, Morton, A Wharton, Dack, so why aren't we playing this possession game in the our opponent's defensive third, around the penalty area where, you know, we might just create a chance to score a goal?

 

 

 

Inconsistent.

Yesterday JDT admitted that the first half was not the game plan. It sounds as if they got a bollocking and they played better. Hopefully it’s a turning point.

Some of our players still only play half a game, or sometimes no game, as they did under Mowbray.

Why does it take until half time for things to change ? Where are the leaders out on the pitch ?
