Backroom DE. Posted February 28, 2023 Backroom Posted February 28, 2023 We've done the right thing in dialling down the tempo and getting our shape back. Our rampant attacking had left us wide open at the back, and a Premiership team was always going to exploit that eventually, especially as we've failed to take so many chances. Just got to see if we can hold out now. Looking difficult but we can do it. Really need to stop giving away possession though. The lads are looking tired now and mistakes are creeping in. 2 Quote
Backroom Tom Posted February 28, 2023 Backroom Posted February 28, 2023 Ffs again Dolan does brilliant to hold it up then Morton just absolutely Morton’s it 4 Quote
Guest Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 Morton i s a flaming liability. Turns our attack into a chance for them... Quote

Bohinen1983 Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 Morton should have been subbed about 25 minutes ago- he's a liability. 4 Quote
RTM08 Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 (edited) Every single time they come forwards it's Morton dallying about. How on earth has he come from Liverpool of all teams? Edited February 28, 2023 by RTM08 Quote
booth Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 Morton losing the fecking ball again when he's got four players around him to pass to. Absolute liability. 1 Quote

Displaced Rover Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 At the start of the season who would have thought we’d look significantly worse defensively with Brittain at RB over JRC?!? 1 Quote
Backroom Mike E Posted February 28, 2023 Backroom Posted February 28, 2023 Oooft, this is brave.... Or stupid... Quote

OsloRover Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 Phillips and Buckley on for Morton and Hedges Quote
Backroom DE. Posted February 28, 2023 Backroom Posted February 28, 2023 (edited) That's some statement bringing on Phillips at this stage. JDT must have a lot of faith in the lad. Let's hope it pays off. Edited February 28, 2023 by DE. 2 Quote

Some just go against the grain for the sake of it. As clear a bad game as you will see. I've not been as critical of him as some on here, but his second half tonight has been several shades lower than the rest of the team. Scared on the ball, wasteful and just putting the pressure back onto us, when they were on top. Hopefully we've got away with it. Quote
