One thing I've noticed, is Pears shouting a LOT more at his defenders. Might just be me, but I've not seen him so communicative before.

We have really pressed very well which has given us the ascendancy. Sitting back and protecting a one goal lead is not the thing to do. Keep attacking boys, they’re scared of us.

Definitely gained that confidence and command that you only get as a keeper through regular games.
