as ever with venkys and the contemptible waggot,they`ve done exactly the opposite of what they should have done,keep the lad till the end of the  season and get another 5/6 million for him in the summer,im`e certain crystal palace was`nt his choice of destination and eustace won`t see one penny of that money next season,you have to ask yourself,what happens when we run out of playing assets to sell,as it stands we are down to szmodics and carter as the only players who are worth any great value,once those two are gone then the cupboard is bare and we be royally f****d

Hopefully the summer transfer window will be carried out, with us still in the Championship, but I agree, we will now no money again. Assuming that is the case and we again, either go for loans and freebies, or even press some wrong buttons, hopefully someone will take Waggott to task and ask where all the money is really going.

Lol, they should be more concerned about the fact they've only won 3 games all season and are 9 points adrift, having conceded 17 more goals than Luton.

Spoke to a Dingle today who was at Palace on Saturday. His opinion was two poor sides but Adam Wharton outstanding.

Selling Adam to raise funds to run the club in the short term is going to backfire rather horribly when we get relegated. We stand to lose even more millions.

1. By all accounts he did not want to leave

2. He was integral to the team and the best player we had

3. Why not keep him until the end of the season, increase his value more, then sell him. Telling me Crystal Palace (and others) would have lost interest by then?

Another outstanding decision from our glorious leadership.

I am of the opinion that selling Adam has helped to stave off administration in the short term. I also heard he didn't want to leave and was happy with the progress he was making under Tomasson. If it's true it's a shameful way to treat a young lad whose head must have been spinning.

Shame on them all.

Good business there Rovers. Sell our best player for at least half of his actual worth and reinvest absolutely nothing. 

Almost as though they are trying to deliberately get us relegated.....
