You neend to a member first, then people who have been going longer get priority, etc, then add cost of ticket, travel cost, food and drink, etc. It's expensive trip for once game Given they can watch their team at home, with no hassle of travelling, parking up, ticket cost, food and drink cost, etc for less than one match ticket cost? Which one do you think some fans will choose? Watch every game of my club for £50 for the year I have United season ticket holders that work for me, they're that fed up they miss a lot of games recently. However, you're only 'allowed' to miss a certain number of games a season or they take the ticket off you and allocate to someone on the waiting list. As a result they have people scanning their ticket and not even going in they just go round town boozing. They don't want to lose their tickets for good in case there's a turn in fortunes. As disappointing as it can be seeing Ewood half empty we sure have it easy in terms of ticket availability.

Of course there are some people who align with a particular club for family reasons etc. The majority of these supposed Man Utd, Liverpool ... 'fans' though, 'support' these clubs for one reason and one reason only, which is because those clubs win things. As such, they are glory hunting dickheads. It depends who you know and what they reasons for supporting that team 5 hours ago, arbitro said: The point many are making is that if more of these 'fans' went to watch football local and live then, using Rovers as an example the facilities might improve and perhaps ticket prices more reasonable. It all depends who these people support and why. You can watch Rovers for much less than one ST 5 hours ago, Mattyblue said: A load of United games go to general sale these days (wonder why?), usually League Cup and Europa games - take it yer man down the pub in Accy will be straight in to buy one? Especially young lads who miss out on so much, I.e. memories of great seasons, wins, away days with their mates watching Rovers or whoever because they are a ‘United fan’, often because his glory hunting dad says he’s one. I feel sorry for you cos you are so bitter and twist for people supporting who they want for whichever reasons.

Mattyblue
Don’t feel sorry for me Chadster, nothing to be bitter and twisted about as I support the fantastic Blackburn Rovers, 6th generation. A sense of belonging with my fellow supporters. Something those glory hunters that pat you on the head in your little chats with will never understand. waynerovers
Just had a quick browse on United fan forum, seems a fair few are worried about relegation. I think they're lucky the teams below them are so bad.
ItsRoverZ
I support rovers and I was born in North Lincolnshire, entire family support either Liverpool or United. I picked rovers out of a sticker book when I was 3 or 4 because of the kit, love for all things just grew and grew. Speaking of united, they look absolutely dire so far against Newcastle. I started supporting Rovers cos in school everyone in my class supported United so I wanted to be different, Rovers beat United when I had that in mind so I went with them. Plus liked the kit and they had Shearer.

Ossydave
2 shocking finishes by Isak with his version of Hedges at PNE then Tonali not long after, should be at least 4 nil
