embarrasing officiating,the ref and the ***** in the var office clearly terrified of giving a penalty at that time,last time i looked in the rule book,it was a foul if you pulled someones shirt🙂

I don't know enough about that situation to comment, but it's fair to saying hiring a very inexperienced manager as replacement was extremely risky.

I read an article on the athletic website about the problems at Leicester like Recruitment, squad morale, falling outs, etc.

Not looking good for the bottom three. Impressive win for Wolves away at Bournemouth, whilst the others all got hammered by mid-table sides at home. At least Ipswich can legitimately note they were in League 1 two seasons ago. Leicester and Southampton have only had one season out of the PL and already look well below the required standard.

Leicester had a genuinely better chance with Cooper in charge. Obviously his face didn't fit (poor choice of words).

Sadly it'll be 2 seasons in a row where the promoted teams all come hurtling back down. Makes me wonder why I'd want to see Rovers in that league again, knowing that they'd likely get stuffed every week....but then I remember its just about the only hope we have of getting new owners in.

i take encouragement from brighton,bournemouth and brentford,if they can succeed then there is no reason why bigger clubs who get promoted can`t,you`ve got to get your recruitment spot on imo

on rovers getting back in the big league,we don`t need to worry,it`s not happening unless the indians **** off

One of the issues with the three promoted teams going down two seasons in a row is that it gives the existing Prem clubs two additional seasons to continue strengthening at that level, which in theory makes it increasingly more difficult for the teams coming up. 

I don't think we're at a 'closed shop' point yet, as it's always possible for an existing PL team to implode with poor recruitment, but it's worrying to see two consecutive seasons of the promoted teams all going down - as seems likely to happen now.

He's been found out, and needs to reinvent his tactics again. Whenever I've seen them this season, they play the same walking football Arsenal did under Wenger. No ideas, just robots passing around the penalty area.

They used to be able to up the tempo and then slice teams to bits.

That was when he had the best players in the world at his disposal. He's, for whatever reason, lost them now and the previous top players are all too old to do that.

This season he's been completely found out. He's got too big headed and his tactics are up to fuck all when he doesn't have the talent available to change things up or come up with some pure magic when required.

They'll no doubt do a complete rebuild in summer and spend five or six hundred million and storm the title next year.

He's never achieved anything where he hasn't had an unlimited budget or referees on the payroll. A great manager no doubt, but nowhere near as great as himself and the football hipsters think he is.

He's won everything there is to win many times over. He's not suddenly turned crap, nor have other managers twigged on how to beat him. It's pretty simple to me as I said earlier; his core players are all on the decline, and some of them have gone downhill quickly. Add in the fact that the player who makes them tick has been out all season and you end up with the current state.

He'll be back, and yes he will spend boatloads getting players in to do it, but a calling him a cheque book manager sells him short. If it was solely transfer spend Man U would be up there.

Top brass at the club are nixing free meals for staff to save £1million per year. What a horrible man he is. How this will get them winning the league again is beyond me.

The Man City team is too old to pressed the ball like the best City team under Pep did. 

Doku get into some great positions yesterday but his final ball was poor. They need to buy 4 or 5 quality players in the summer and I expect De Bruyne and Grealish to move on. They need a 2 attacking midfielder, right winger, right back and back up striker to Haaland

If he was truly great he'd have adapted the tactics to suit the players he had at his disposal.

Its getting pathetic now from Ratcliffe. These cuts are pointless. They sacked a staff member Jackie Kay who has worked there for 30 years and Jackie started at Old Trafford in 1995 as an executive assistant through a period of historic success under Sir Alex Ferguson. In 2013 she moved to Carrington and served a succession of men’s managers, first as executive assistant and for the past 9yrs heading first team operations.

Ratcliffe's cuts are now getting embarrassing, stopping staff having free lunches and warm meals. FFS. How pathetic is it now
