Wheelton Blue Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 I certainly don't look forward to it, in fact I pay it no attention. It's the dullest league going. 1 Quote

Forever Blue Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 Christian Walton starts in goal for Ipswich today. He must have improved! Sammie is on the bench. Quote

Hard to look past City for the title and the 3 promoted teams tumbling back down. Who says money has made English football predictable? I think one of the promote team will stay up, City could be facing a big points deduction by end of the season. Mattyblue Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 (edited) I know, you’re a big fan (unless it’s on TNT, of course…). Edited August 17, 2024 by Mattyblue 1 Quote
47er Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 Liverpool pretty unimpressive thus far. Its being played like a Cup-tie. Liverpool down to Ipswich's level. Quote
Cherry Blue Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 So explain that one ref. Deliberate hand ball which you acknowldge with a freekick yet no second yellow. Quote

simongarnerisgod Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 i question the wisdom of having christian walton as your starting goalkeeper, especially at this level😁 1 Quote

Ianrally Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 (edited) The VAR decision not to overrule the referee in giving a penalty to WHU is a total farce. So regardless of what Webb as explained, VAR in this country is rubbish. No different to last season. It’s the correct outcome that matters but that doesn’t happen. He almost single handedly got us relegated last season against Sheffield Wednesday. He's absolutely no right to be at this club. 100% the worst goalkeeper I've ever seen at this club. 3 Quote
