I've no idea how accurate that is but if we do have those players coming back between mid January and mid February, you'd hope some of them could make a difference. How's that for optimism?

To try and force a little bit of hope back into people. 

We're 8 points off relegation and 11 points off 6th. We've got a game in hand over most so if we win that we're 11 off relegation and 8 off 6th. Players coming back from injury and a couple of good signings in the next 24 hours or so and we're back on track.

The ticket map v Newcastle is pretty worrying. Anyone know how many tickets we’ve sold?

Haven’t seen much marketing for this fixture at all amidst all the relentless fake positivity surrounding the new manager on social media & the website. 

If we can’t sell tickets for a game against a “glmaorous” Premier League & Champions League side what hope have we got?

Jack Walker isn’t looking horrendously  bad, I suppose. I imagine most tickets will be sold over the weekend and then Monday/Tuesday.

But yes, big bumper last 16 crowd it won’t be.
