Dolan and Szmodics poor today

All over Wharton, is there a move for Brittain on for Szmodics and JRC alongside Wharton? Might relieve him a little.

Similarly 60th minute I'd be looking at Ennis for Dolan

Szmodics is having one of the worst games I’ve ever seen from a professional player.

Wharton has got worse as the half went on.

I’m not sure playing with a couple of garden gnomes on the wings is a winning strat.

Rathbone might be replacing Sam Morsy as the Championship player I despise the most.

Thoroughly miserable performance.

23 years ago today, we were 2-0 up at home to Crystal Palace courtesy of Nathan Blake and Matt Jansen.

Jesus wept Carter

Poor from Carter, then Hyam, then JRC. They aren't switched on today.

How has Travis been?

Shite with the ball as usual, and would rather pass 5 yards out wide than take a wide open shot from 20yards. Usual nonsense antics that nobody particularly pays attention too. Too slow.

I think a few people need to calm down and relax. Yes, the performance hasn't been good enough but subbing Szmodics isn't the right way here or go 2 up front as under JDT we don't play with 2 up front.

We play possession based football under JDT.

He plays on the Left wing

This is why I would like to see a right winger with some pace but natural right footed to allow us outside of the defence.

He’s missed a pen, given away a goal and been booked…… at what point would you sub him???

I think we need to sub him to avoid him getting a second yellow.

How is it only 3 minutes stoppage time?!

I know.

You can guarantee if we are a goal down this will be the first game this season with the standard 4 or 5 minutes on the board.

Embarrassing half.  Rotherham are shite and after a bright start Szmodics has consistently derailed every good move we’ve started. Dolan has been poor and we’ve been unable to get Leonard involved.

LOL they've literally created nothing - Szmodics gifted them a goal.

And we have created what? They are bullying us and I'd say get used to it, alot of teams in this league will bully us, until we bring in some pace on the wings and a striker who can put the ball in the net teams like Rotherham won't find it hard swat us away, they are fine with us tippy tappying it around the middle of the park.

11-year-old me was there, going bananas in N05.

No real pace in this side is there?

None. Markanday and Dolan are pointless inclusions. We need 2 new wides who have a gear above slow.

Szmodics has to be subbed, odds-on for a 2nd yellow.

What the hell is the referee saying to Travis as they walk off together? "Sorry I got just about every decision wrong that half, Lewis"?

The only one he got right was the penalty which we missed
