Andy Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 The absolute single positive from this game is that it’ll be Pears last as first choice. 4 Quote
Backroom Tom Posted September 2, 2023 Backroom Posted September 2, 2023 Positives sound like we now have the solid rationale to drop Pears; and at least the long journey home will be in comfort in the coach 2 Quote

Tricky Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Very Rovers, beat Watford, thrash league two quality only to be thrashed by league one quality. Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 It’s hard not to be angry right now. Shambles at the back and in midfield = no experience brought in. Shambles up front - a guy brought in whose highest goal scoring feats are from Germany’s 4th tier. Just fuck off once and for all Venkys. 2 Quote

neophox Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Wharton looks so lazy... Pears is shit... Wharton S nowhere near first team.. And Gally should be ashamed... 2 Quote
BankEnd Rover Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Sometimes you need these results to make you realise…Cya later pears your not even league 1 standard pal Quote

Plymouth haven't been very good, we just can't score and we just saw the goalie throw his Rovers career away. We've missed sitter after sitter. 3 Quote
jim mk2 Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 When you start with a weaker team than last season and don't strengthen in the transfer window this is what you get 4 Quote
Tricky Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 JDT fruit picking in Devon later on, let's hope he drops Pears or two... 2 Quote
Norbert Rassragr Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Glad I didn't go. Pears is very much a 2nd choice keeper you can't rely on over a season. Drop him ASAP. Quote

You spent 850k on a goalkeeper and don't you don't start him. Nonsense Quote
Rochdale_rover Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 All absolute shite And pears should never start again Quote
neophox Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Looks very much as the Sunderland - Soon game Quote

smiller14 Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 3-0 is absolutely garbage - you can blame missed chances but we seem to have rediscovered our very soft underbelly. 20 odd shots for the home side, 3 goals. I can't see us kicking on this season as we just cannot follow up a good result with another. Quote
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 You can only laugh. Our forward players demonstrate why we needed replacements. Our experienced defender is injured Pears has gone full Pears. Brittain has looked knackered since the hour mark and still out there because we've no full backs The ridiculous thing is we should have been 4-1 up before we self destructed. 1 Quote
Devon Rover Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Shambolic. Absolutely embarrassing. But not a huge surprise when you see how recent years have led to this shower of shite line up. Bar just a couple of players, it is a terrible team. And yet another transfer window has passed without any of it being addressed. I'd honestly take administration and start again with new owners or, preferably and less dramatically, just play the academy team and drop half of the 'experienced' (failures), than see the same spineless twats trot out game after game. 4 Quote
Guest Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Anyone want to take me on in the Pears/Kaminski debate now? Anybody? Quote
