Not enough players there who suit his style. He had a long time at Burnley to build a squad that could play exactly as he wanted - doesn't have that at Everton and doesn't have much cash to change anything. Not sure many people are going to want to take that one on though - looks like a team full of rubber dinghy men (irrespective if they end up scraping through tonight).

Looks like the players have downed tools here. Doncaster have just been better all game. It’s not like it’s undeserved.
