Venkys are wanting to be able to send money to their overseas entities (including Rovers) without any restrictions at all.

I reckon even if the courts suddenly said ‘yep that’s cool’ they’d send zero extra to Rovers anyway.

How can it be adjourned multiple times yet be the last one on the list for the next hearing everytime. Doesn't make any sense. But everything related to Venky's is shambolic so we shouldn't be surprised.

This time the shambles seems to be the Indian Court system.

Very convenient though.

Everton and Villa I believe.

Also Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Wolves, West Brom, Nottingham Forest, Sunderland, Preston could all join the club if they win a major trophy this side of 2100.

I'm a bit out of the loop, have we been through Indian court bingo and been delayed?  Or are we just expecting it to happen

Not happened yet but the courts seem to do about an hours work and then sack the rest off.

We're No.57, the last case to be heard and there is just no way they'll get to this one.

I say it hasn't happened yet but they've been up for 4/5 hours already, so it might have been done and dusted already.

I agree.

In my opinion these Court proceedings are now a  complete red herring and have been for some time. There's nothing really stopping them from transferring money to the Club, they merely have to provide a guarantee covered by their personal assets if they do so. They seemingly aren't prepared to do this and  just don't seem to want to fund the Club anymore full stop.

Helps when the local media and large sections of the fan base still perpetuate this myth about the poor unfortunate things having to deposit double to match any money sent over though.

The season ticket price increases merely confirm this. The owners only want to put in the bare mininum to keep the ship barely afloat.

i think they are in for a rude awakening, as there seems to be a groundswell here, as even some of the most loyal season ticket holders, are now, asking questions.

I'd wager Pasha and the fat controller are the ones stopping them, based on the size of that fat cunts bonus.

The judge is on leave today 😂 Probably booked their leave weeks ago so today was never gonna happen. Crazy idea but could they have perhaps got another judge in place?!
