Perhaps he should spend his time watching live players in live games and actually doing some on the job scouting instead of swanning around training grounds relying on stat based recommendations from graduates with ipads !

It sounds like he'd of been more qualified to be in the Darwen End with Gerald back in the day as opposed to choosing who should be in the dressing room.

As an off topic aside, 15 years ago we used to get 3 of Sham 69 come down here fishing the river and when they came in our pub they were perfect gentlemen. 👍
