No Travis wanted to leave cos he wasn't playing and when he did play he wasn't playing in the position he wanted in the 6 role

Hearing they wanted to punt him on to free up the wage bill can't have helped.

Gallagher and Dolan both have 12 months club option in their contracts.

Any chance I can interest you in some magic beans?

They're on sale at the moment.

No that's owed to the bank, that Venkys guarantee. You may not like it but that debt is on the club, sure it has been largely caused by Venkys but it's us as a club will suffer. Let's say the BoI call in the debt you do realise one of the Assets Venkys put up as a guarantee is the club itself, right? Do you think an Administrator would broker a £22m sale of a 19 year old, 2 Cap U20 international?

Cue Broughton preparing his patronising post window interview where he praises the owners for their continued support and extols their virtues with his toothy, smarmy grin.

I just know the bollocks he’ll come up with already:

- January notoriously a difficult month to do business

- Experience that ‘Yon’ was craving with Fadz

- Big investment in O’Riordan

- One of the most wanted CF’s brought in during the window in McGuire (should it happen)

- Summer gives us a great chance to bring in some permanent deals

- Venky’s still fully committed. Statement was not in any way connected to Wharton’s sale.

woah 2 games.

Travis didn't suit JDT's type of playing style and what he wants from the number 6 role and the number 8 role

He means we're short on central midfielders. I'm not sure why this needs explaining.

Do you really think our recruitment matches JDT's playing style? Or his playing style is in any way an influence on how the club goes about its business?

That's why we're 18th in the table!

He's a central midfield player, going to get at least play offs with Ipswich.

He'd start every game now Wharton has left.

Broughton has done okay in the transfer windows but it's a difficult job. Wahlstedt his biggest fail and Tronstad his biggest hit. Szmodics seems random and not his work, so not sure he deserves credit for that one.

JDT has done well, but we would've made the play-offs if he hadn't been so stubborn and left Kaminski out for such a prolonged period of time last season. This season he's been one-dimensional and predictable but also been playing a bass in a six string league; his squad has been severely limited at times.

We kned what to expect for the window. Let's just hope nothing breaks down and McGuire can hit the ground running, and that there's a proper loan signing being announced tonight too.

Who the fucks this Liverpool kid? Played about 15 games in total for 2 clubs no one's ever heard of.

Absolute barrel scraping.

Gregg says fans will be very excited with this player. So let's be thankful

The 200 million isn't actually a real debt to anybody, well the majority of it anyway, it's just what these owners have spent and isn't down on the clubs books as borrowings as far as i'm aware.

If it costs these bastards 20 million a quid a year in running costs would selling the club not save them that amount every year? Seems a no brainer to me.

What is it about the last 3 transfer windows that makes you think that JDT's playing style or what he wants has any impact on how the club operates in the transfer market.

Remember that when Ayari came in he wasn't coming as Travis replacement according to JDT.....so no one had replaced Travis and no one has replaced Wharton...

So we're fucked effectively.

Some people will listen to GBs interview and think the window went perfectly 😂
