You lot really are a bunch of miserable bastards.

Loan to buy makes more sense anyway as we aren’t spunking £4mil on a unproven MLS striker.  So rather than moaning be happy the deals back on!!

I'd be happy if we actually spent some money for once

TWO MORE LOANS

20 mill in the bank, 2 loans on the way

I'm assuming Sigurðsson still counts as a loan. We loaned him for the season with no fee and he's then signed a pre-contract with us which in theory should only be triggered when his contact with Cska Moscow expires.

So it McGuire and this Liverpool lad come in on loan that is a total of 6, when we can only have 5 loan players in a match day squad.

Bringing in another young defender on loan who's barely played any first team football....surely we'd be better off taking a 'Gamble' on our own young defenders.

Ths deal says there is a big loan fee involved plus if we do decide to take up the option to sign him it will cost more than the £2.3m we were due to pay

Classic venkys.

The loan fee will be a lot less than the 2.3m, and despite the obvious spin there will be no intention of making it a permanent deal.

He's signed permanently, was released by CSKA.

If that’s true it’s a terrible deal for us; huge amount for the loan fee and then a ridiculous agreed fee

Meaning we’ll loan him but even if he’s brilliant not sign him

If he's shit and the loan ends in the summer, we're back to square one with no decent forward.  By then those cnuts in pune will have swallowed up the Wharton money

If he's good there's no way they are spending £5.5m on him.

No loan fee & 0% contribution to wages then i'll accept it, any monetary transaction involved then i'm sorry its a waste of yet more money we don't have and offers nothing that we need to add to the squad that one of our youth cant provide

If these numbers are accurate, it's a con-job on Orlando to get them to loan him to us for whatever we could find in the cookie jar. No way are we intending to make the deal perm, even if he hits a goal a game.

Not necessarily against that, if he is crap we don't need to buy. If he isn't, we can.

In Venky land it just buys them 6 months to avoid spending the money and then when we get to the summer we don't exercise the option and the money disappears.
