I can imagine all the fans coming on to the coach after the shootout absolutely buzzing whilst you’ve been there all along! Expand My own fault; I obviously bought too big a bottle to drink at the Motorway Service Station!! 1 Quote

joey_big_nose Posted November 1, 2023 Posted November 1, 2023 Despite the recent misses Im getting more positive about Leonard. Hes making good runs and showing good strength and ability against quality centre backs. 4 Quote

Angry_Pirate Posted November 1, 2023 Posted November 1, 2023 (edited) Normally Brittains biggest fan, but he has looked pedestrian tonight. Pickering, Garrett and Leonard have also been absolutely outclassed /bullied. The rest have put in a very good shift. Edited November 1, 2023 by Angry_Pirate 2 Quote

Popular Post TheKitGuy Posted November 1, 2023 Popular Post Posted November 1, 2023 Their midfield duo worth €237M, ours is straight out of the academy. We should be proud of how much talent we continually pump out. 17 Quote

Hell, we have nothing else to cling to when it comes to strikers! Quote

G Somerset Rover Posted November 1, 2023 Posted November 1, 2023 I know Wharton (Adam) had his doubters but there’s no doubt in my mind he’s going to the PL next season regardless of what we do. Up against this lot and he’s still so classy on the ball. 4 Quote

When he had a little bit of criticism it was when we were getting overrun. He’s so far clear as our best ‘footballer’ so we should be building a midfield around him and let him do the creating. 1 Quote
booth Posted November 1, 2023 Posted November 1, 2023 Dolan, I'll have four chances to cross it and pass it back every time. 3 Quote
Angry_Pirate Posted November 1, 2023 Posted November 1, 2023 (edited) Rovers needed three things to go their way to have a real chance tonight. 1. Don't give away stupid, silly or unnecessary shit goals = did it twice. 2. Get competent, lucky and helpful refereeing = 2 penalties? 3. Score your chance(s) = Leonard (46) (EDIT) Arnor (92) 4. (Bonus). Oh, and it'd be helpful to play your best XI from KO. Edited November 1, 2023 by Angry_Pirate 4 Quote
BankEnd Rover Posted November 1, 2023 Posted November 1, 2023 Never really in it but I’m not surprised with the quality of the opposition. Keepers gifted them the first and in all honesty you could fault him a little for the second. 1 Quote
