I don't think Markanday is up to it at this level - but fair play at least he's willing to have a shot. Everyone else seems to want to walk it in.

They all do it. A touch too many, a pass too many. This is what you get from relying on youth, they’ll make mistakes.

All rather aimless at the minute, but 20 minutes left, so we have to be a bit more strategic than tactical and stay in the game long enough to push towards the end and try to knock the wind out of Leicester’s sails. A draw here is a good result, playing to keep that aim alive is alright.

I want more than we have on the pitch, unfortunately. Dolan and Markanday have basically the same attributes and flaws, which are easy to marshal. There’s no recognised striker, no aerial threat. We’re hoping for Sammie to find a second rabbit in today’s hat, which is a big ask of him every week.

Reminds me of 2011 or so when United won the league at Ewood and we pretty much confirmed survival and they passed the ball around for 20 minutes under no pressure

I think Leicester are in 1st gear knowing they can step it up at any point. I’d be frustrated as hell as a Leicester fan and thinking just finish rovers off or get a 2 goal buffer.

They play some suicidal football. They’ll get away with it vs rovers and other championship dross, although it directly led to our goal but easy to see why they got relegated playing like this and will do again if go up.
