A goalkeeper is considered to be in control of the ball when: • the ball is between the hands or between the hand and any surface (e.g. ground, own body 2 Quote

I'd have to watch again then. But maybe he did have one hand on the ball on top of the ground. I thought that was fair game tbf. Particularly as he only had it in that position for a split second. 1 Quote

Yea it was difficult to tell whether he had a hand on the ball a split second before Moran got there. 1 Quote

Boroblue Posted October 4, 2023 Posted October 4, 2023 Just like shirt pulling. For Leicesters first gosl travis was Shirt pulled. Ref no problem. Penalty given for them for shirt pulling. it’s about consistency and in the main they are a bag of shite and biased in my opinion. The end of last season some of the decisions that went against us and it’s cost should allow teams to claim damages 1 Quote

Seems to be a problem across all levels in this country tbh. I mean, you've got multiple refs/assistants in the PL with instant replays and motion technology available to them and they still somehow manage to get some glaringly obvious decisions wrong. 1 Quote
