For most of us who haven't seen much of him, Leo's best asset is that he isn't Pears. Few more errors like that and the goodwill will evaporate! Hes made one error, it happens. Think overall hes looked pretty good. 5 Quote

I don't have any confidence Pears will become a good GK. I know some keepers prefer to punch, but he takes it to the extreme. That will be costly, sooner or later. 2 Quote
Tugayisgod Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 Elliott Jackson saying Hyam not been moving well for a little while hope he's ok. If not, would move hill inside, Brittain to full back and Moran on. Maybe Ennis for Dolan as well Quote
OsloRover Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 Pears should be our no 1. Siggy awful. Hill our best player so far, Brittain and Carter also very good. Quote
TonyM Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 (edited) What a completely forgettable half of football that was... Hopefully can only improve ? Edited October 24, 2023 by TonyM Quote
lraC Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 It’s there for the taking this, if we can step it up a bit. We are poor, but they are awful, especially at the back. Quote
Andy Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 Game is there to be won, we've certainly been the dominant side. Soft goals at either end. Agree with whoever said sticking Moran on. May as well have Telalovic up top as well, more presence than Dolan. In fact, Wharton as well, the middle is asking for someone to put their foot on the ball and dictate the tempo. Quote

LDRover Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 Don't get this that we're poor I think we've been excellent apart from in the last third. Some of the crisp passing and movement has had Millwall chasing shadows. However, we all know what happens when we don't convert dominance into goals... Quote

Miller11 Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 Worst goal I’ve ever seen us concede. Pathetic goalkeeping and none of the defenders covered themselves in glory either. Until our goal only Dolan and JRC could hold their heads up. We finished the half strong though, but a good few players seem off it tonight. Szmodics and Tronstad off for Ennis and Wharton before too long at this rate. We need to out play them here because if the game becomes more attritional they will win it. Quote

moerpho Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 S. Wharton for Hyam. Moran for Sigurdsson. Quote
Tugayisgod Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 Hyam and Sigurdsson off at h/t Scott Wharton and Moran coming on it looks like. Wouldn't have been my choice tbh Quote
bluebruce Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 Just to be clear, regardless of what Wahlstedt did today (haven't seen it), he has 2 clean sheets this season in the league. Pears has 1. Wahlstedt has played 5 Championship games including today I think. Conceding 4 (2 of them against the best team in the league, when coming on cold as we chased the game and stayed open to counter attacks). Pears has played 9 Championship games and conceded 18. 5 Quote

SpaceBarSlam Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 I clocked Hyam flexing his leg after a set piece about halfway through the first half. Quote
