There was no need to do it. However, the main fault is with the players in the build up knocking it back under pressure and inaccurately. Wharton shouldn't have been put in that exposed position. Now we are under pressure neither Rovers nor Norwich deserved. 1 Quote

Ricky Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Whalstadt is a long way off where he needs to be. Shot stopping is generally ok but he can’t catch a cross. 7 Quote
jim mk2 Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Sutton scathing of the Rovers goalkeeper. A "flapper" 6 Quote
cesus Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Hill is outstanding. He should be Premier League next season for somebody. 4 Quote

Mercer Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Leo hasn't grown into it and now doubt he will after half a dozen games or so. Even worse than John Butcher on crosses and that's saying something. Poor buy at almost £1million. 4 Quote

roverandout Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 I'd sell Wharton in January. He's just not progressed the way we would have hoped. And spend the money on a quality striker Quote

They're both just awful in different ways I'd say Pears isn’t at the level I’d like, but Wahlstedt terrifies me. I’m not trying to be mean, but he drops more than he catches. Pears doesn’t fill me with confidence, but I can honestly say I’m more nervous with Leo. 5 Quote

Backroom Tom Posted November 5, 2023 Backroom Posted November 5, 2023 Leo has great instincts and natural talent, decision making is clearly suspect but as with Raya with the right coaching it can be honed 8 Quote
Miker Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 Travis has gotten in the way of everything so far since coming on. Good performance from him. 6 Quote
