Anybody explain why extra games get moved for the Welsh version of the BBC? Why doesn’t BBC London get to put on extra games?

Weeknight in January, not part of a season ticket obviously and on TV, I would imagine one of our lowest ever FA Cup turnouts.

I think S4C is actually the Welsh version of Channel 4.

Sky have a lot to answer for, football on a Monday night was rare before that lot came along.....

Definitely taken some the sheen off the tie for me 🙄

Why the tie has any sheen at all is another question, its against 3rd division Wrexham for goodness sake, but I want to spend 90 minutes berating that **** McClean and now I possibly can't go.....

I always detested Monday night games in the Prem era it's the last night you can be arsed dragging yourself there and only 12pm Sunday kick offs trump that.  You do get used to it though but we haven't had it for over a decade so it seems very unnatural now.

Also it ruins the crowd and atmosphere even more but the club cover that in the tv fee which isn't too shabby.

Mind you when you're sat at home as an armchair punter it's great to have footy on the box on a dismal Monday night 🤭

Well that's knackered it for a lot of Wrexham fans planning to go. Ridiculous decision that will cost both clubs. If it'd been on the Saturday night or the Sunday even fair enough. But a Monday night? F**k off. It will severely affected our numbers travelling.

There were around 8 of us planning to go, and now no one can go now due to work etc

Deedums? 🤣 WTF does that mean? Thanks for the geography lesson too.  I'll share that with fellow fans who will be extremely grateful for you sharing this pearl of wisdom.

Oh and humble apologies for being in employment.

They do share some programming, but it is a separate entity - it has the ‘4’ licence (in analogue terms) in Wales, Channel 4 has the licence for the rest of the UK - like STV in Scotland does for ‘channel 3’.

very disappointed by this game being moved to Monday night. I think its awful decision by BBC radio Wales moving the game to Monday. Saturday dinner time kick off or even Sunday afternoon at 2pm would be much better if they wanted to cover it. I would have prefer the game at 3pm Saturday overall

I'm OK for me. It suits me.

Plus its modern football. That's the way things are nowadays with TV.

You know this as every time moving games doesn't affect you, you bleat on about it being the way of modern football.

On sale, £15.

Christ knows what they’d have been at a Saturday 3pm.

Oh and they’ve opened the Riverside?🤷‍♂️ Please don’t tell me they are expecting a big gate for a Monday night TV game in January against a fourth division outfit because it’s Ryan Reynolds’ crew.

I am still attending the game but I was hoping we could get a good attendance for the game and get through to the next round.
