danger19_80 Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 (edited) Cap on a truly awful performance from Hyam Edited December 29, 2023 by danger19_80 Quote
CambridgeRover Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Even the hull commentator said it was a dive from their man 2 Quote
New Jeru Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 That’s been coming. Not sure why every other foul has been a booking for Rovers and Hull have only had one (plus one for kicking the ball away), but very silly to put your hand on the lad’s shoulder when you’re on a booking. Quote
AllRoverAsia Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 The ref has creamed his pants. Pathetic cretin no doubt lurking in toilets post match. 1 Quote

As I said - no way was this staying 11 v 11 with the ref handing out cards (sadly only to us) like confetti. We've clearly upset the EFL somehow 'cos we've had bent refs for months. 4 Quote

booth Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 I've seen far worse from Hull and no yellow card. 5 Quote
pick32 Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Never ever a sending off Hyam got two yellows that were both extremely harsh 2 Quote
booth Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 We needed a bit of magic, we got a pile of shit. Quote
joey_big_nose Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 If you can't defend you are not going anywhere as a club or a manager. Think we have to figure out how to be solid. If JDT is not interested in that then we need a change unfortunately. This is ridiculous. 4 Quote
Ricky Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 He’s pulled his shirt. It’s a yellow, it’s soft but it’s a yellow. 2 Quote
WacoRover Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 So without Hyam in the next game our defending is even worse than it already was (if possible). I can’t wait to see who Tomasson starts vs Rotherham 1 Quote
BigBar Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Could see Hyam mouthing at the 4th official on his way off "every fucking foul man, every foul" and he is dead right, he has blown for everything and dished out some pathetic yellow cards. Hyams first was never a yellow. Middle of the park the lad looked to have miscontrolled it and they collided. Never a yellow. 2 Quote

Hyam is one of our solid players when he is fit. Now we have to see off this game without him and the next game too. Ffs 1 Quote

The way it is, you’d expect us to be lodging the complaints regularly and I wonder if The Saddest WhatsApp Group Chat In The World (EFL match officials) has decided they’ll take the piss. Thoroughly meaningless to be apologised to after the fact and with the standard of referees visible, it’s not like the FA/EFL have a production line of capable ones ready to step in. 1 Quote
booth Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Why is Ennis, a striker, passing the ball in the box? 2 Quote
Waggy76 Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 I think 37 years ago today we played at Hull and drew 0-0 or lost 1-0.. Bobby Saxton was sacked the day after ... 2 Quote
booth Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Referee getting in the way of play now as we're trying to get it away from goal. Why doesn't he just put a Hull shirt and be done with it? 3 Quote
