DuffsLeftPeg Posted yesterday at 09:41 Author Posted yesterday at 09:41 As promised previously, this is a place & time for people to meet to peacefully “Express Yourself” ahead of today’s game. There will be another opportunity at the final home game of the season v Watford on Saturday 26th April (location & time tbc) In the ground let’s end the season well and hopefully the team will give the fans something to cheer about COYB 🌹 2 Quote

Popular Post glen9mullan Posted 20 hours ago Popular Post Posted 20 hours ago Things are moving forwards and whilst we've reached out to some groups who have yet to join the coalition we are starting to get major figure head endorsements I'm proud to announce not only has this prominent supporter endorsed and put his weight behind the coalition, he's gone one step further. As one of the world's leadest designers and MBE , Wayne Hemingway has designed the Coalition badge. Welcome on board Mr Hemingway, whose also one of the honorary patrons of the BRFC Action Group 32 Quote

SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) I really do hope protests are not going to drop off after a few wins..we need to stick together here. Crowd on Ewood seemed pretty subdued yesterday...how did the Tweed St meet up go anyone? Edited 2 hours ago by SIMON GARNERS 194 Quote
Mattyblue Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago It’s finished for this season. The vast majority of remaining match goers just want to watch the game… they will turn on sustained poor results, but not a chance if the team is winning games. All about Glen’s media campaign (social or otherwise) now. Quote

It's either full hog or nothing for me. Results are not the driver, yes opinion polls move up and down, but I can't allow us to be distracted from the car crash of the last 15 years It's that last sentence where our strength comes and the club's weakness appears. They really do believe a few results and we go away. 5 Quote
Tomphil2 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Atmosphere yesterday very much came across as end of season nothing to play for which is ironic that the players turned in a good performance with probably the least backing of the season. Quote
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Lets see a big organised protest for the Watford game. The Club cant carry on like this. Matters have gone too quiet for me. Edited 1 hour ago by SIMON GARNERS 194 Quote
Mattyblue Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Results in 2025 aren’t the driver for Glen’s campaign, of course not, this is 15 years in the making. But don’t expect the match goers to be protesting when the team is winning, won’t happen, neither will a big protest happen at the ground against Watford. So forget about that. Match day protests in any great numbers will be organic and will only occur if the team is on a horror run/bottom of the league. So let’s get behind all the stuff away from match day that Glen is working on, that has to be the focus. It isn’t the 1980s, ‘protest’ doesn’t just mean chants to ‘sack the board’ now. Somehow, we have to find a way of keeping this flame alive. Will the summer just remove all the pressure? Meanwhile, congratulations to everyone for getting our plight back in the media... 1 Quote
