The academy is not something that has improved under these owners and they dont deserve credit for not getting rid of it.

As has been touched on, yes there will have been more graduates into the first team since Venkys took over, but that is because we dropped down a division and the standard of our team is so much lower. Players who now make the first team would have got nowhere near in the past.

The academy hasn’t been graded any higher in the last 15 years. It’s no better rated by the independent assessors than it was 15 years ago. We simply use the players more.

Which leaves 15 years of ownership resulting in one positive: The Ewood Express.

Which in itself would not be needed if the club had been managed properly from the off.

I think this is why, plenty have the opinion that paying for season tickets and generally spending money on the club, feels wrong.

These people have wrecked the club and stuck two fingers up to us and have tried to bury the truth.

No doubt the coalition will be speaking with Rory and pushing for Suhail to answer some of the points, he has raised and asked him to answer.

Interestingly the anonymous booklet produced a few years ago, seems to have quite a lot of the quotes in it, then Rory used.

Even the Ewood Express is not unique to the Venky’s era. During John Williams stewardship, and well before they came on the scene, Rovers provided free tickets and subsidised buses, to schools in and OUTSIDE of Blackburn with Darwen

As @Mike E points out, that's only come about as a result of their ineptitude.

On a long 6 hours drive today I had a wee think about your questions as to what positives venkys have had on the club.

The only thing I could come up with was having the Eid prayers at Ewood Park. That's it.

The rest can only be described as a completely disaster at best.

There definitely needs to be a language change. Whenever a happy clapper says they've invested £300m it needs called out. Its not been invested its been lost. I didn't invested £60 in my car when I filled it up at the weekend.
