Think this should work. I'm a bit of a luddite. Anyone can view via link but not edit. As its all verifiable from published primary sources no risk to site that I see of any legal claims (mods hide if needed)

I've only uploaded your pdf, but longer term might be worth it's own thread so other can contribute to the timeline?

That's a good idea.

All info has been derived from the most primary sources available. I was very careful to ensure that none of the things in there can be argued against.

Legal action in relation to what? If he wants to voice his concerns then he is damned well within his rights to do that. We won’t be silenced, Kim Jong Waggott can fucking think again if he thinks we will accept this.

My opinion is this is idle threats.

How they run poorly tho?

Best stadium in the PL and state of the art facility training ground

I would say they need to keep Ange and back him in the summer with some quality signings.

They’re 14th in the league. Not acceptable for the money the fans are paying and the revenue generated compared to other smaller PL clubs. Off the pitch facilities mean nothing if the quality on it doesn’t match.

As for Postecoglou, is that the same guy who goaded his own fans and attempted to blame it on VAR? The guy’s a drongo mate.

Yes I am aware of their league position and results but they are a number of factors for that like losing their best 2 centre backs for a number of games, Solanke missing, at times Postecoglou's tactics.

They could win a trophy if they win the European comp they are in. Semi final in the league cup.

Wasn't their fans having a go at Postecoglou before he goaded them? or do you not expect them to have a go back at them?

@Silas posted acronyms in the other thread in jest, but it occurred to me:

Could FUBAR be a simple, universally understood slogan for our protests?

Are you ok?

Spurs are 14th, they buy poorly, they have appointed a manager who has created a rift with the players and they are serial losers.

Stop being a contrarian.

I'd LOVE to hear your thoughts if a Rovers manager turned round and gave some to the BBE. Bet you'd be understanding then, wouldn't you?

I'm Australian, so I'd love to see Postecoglu work out there. But creating a rift with the fan base is almost never excusable. As much as he can get some lee way for injuries, between that and performing extremely poorly on the pitch theres plenty of grounds to punt him for mine.

The centre backs got injured again because he rushed them back.

But even allowing for the injuries. To be 14th with only 37 points from 31 games with that squad is inexcusable.

that squad were they had a massive injured crisis at times.

No I wouldn't sack Ange but back him with 5 quality signings including a another centre back, left back, centre midfielder, Son's replacement and another striker.

People are having a discussion about how protests are received at other clubs. Seems relevant to me.

Like the transfer thread, if someone has something specific about protests at BRFC they’ll post them.

Well i've got such a post. This photo could never have been taken at Ewood since Venkys rolled up.

And the question is why not? Don't fans have the right to express themselves at Ewood like other fans.

Is this legal? We should publicise what the Ewood stewards are doing.

Spotify threw out this song this morning, some appropriate lyrics

"If that's your best, your best won't do"

Being serious, what a sorry evening it was on Friday. Anger and frustration visible, yet it was the apathy of the majority which told its own story, this Rovers team (from top to bottom) has become easy to dislike. There seems to be some momentum towards change at some level, I just fear it won't be as sweeping and clinical as it should/needs to be.

Yesterdays game at Old Trafford demonstrated everything that is wrong with modern football.

2 clubs who have spent BILLIONS of pounds to produce one of the worst spectacles of football we’ve seen for a while. Managers so scared of losing that their players have forgotten it’s a game to win.

Gary Neville bleating in the Sky Studio about it despite being in direct benefit of the cash rich Premier League with his punditry jobs and Manchester businesses that no doubt made a fortune over the weekend.

It is no wonder fans are protesting everywhere. The game is no longer for us it’s about global business interests. We just happen to be owned by a business appears to like losing lots of money and blaming us for it!

Are you seriously advocating a manager goading his own fans?

I expect a manager to behave professionally in the public eye. He’s been shown to be anything but this quite a number of times at Spurs.

Not only that, he gaslighted the media & the fans by then blaming the whole thing on VAR!

At least to his credit Big Val took the criticism on the chin during his interview with Sky after Fridays defeat.

no but don't expect people not to say something back.

How would you like me to come to your workplace and have a go at you? are you going to just take it or say something back?

Someone the other week had a go at Travis and he said something back.

So managers are fine to show dissent to their supporters who travel long distances and pay good money? So I take it Ismael was right to ignore the away support and walk straight down the tunnel at Portsmouth then?

Ismael says he didn't ignore the away support at Portsmouth, I wasn't at that game so can't comment but he did walk down the tunnel and didn't come to the BBE post game on Friday night. https://x.com/allrovers_/status/1908268325236597038

If I was head coach I would every time go and thanks the supporters whether we won, draw or lost. I would accept any criticism that came my way

You just said managers shouldn’t just accept criticism and should give some back to the fans, so is Ismael in his rights to have a go/show no appreciation at our fans?

I was there and he didn't come near the Rovers supporters. If he did acknowledge us it was from the sanctuary of the other side of the pitch.

When you are in a high profile, public role criticism is part of the job description. A lot of it is borne out of frustration. Providing it doesn't become personal or abusive I don't see it as an issue.

Fair enough. I heard Andy Bayes asking him a question about and his answer.
