Hi there, just hoping somebody on here could help with the online ticketing system.

I’m having trouble buying a ticket for the Wrexham game, I’ve registered an account and tried to purchase tickets but keep getting an error message saying “Unfortunately, one or more items in your basket is assigned to a newly registered client, which is not allowed”. Can anyone advise on why it’s being such a pain to get a ticket.

For clarity, neither me or my friend support Blackburn or Wrexham, we’ve been trying to get around the 92 grounds and cup games are a good opportunity to go to random matches that might be interesting, would be a bit out of my way to travel to the ground just to visit the ticket office.
