Why would we need multiple central defenders on the bench?

That's got nothing to do with the point that the lad isn't good enough for our bench even with two players out injured (I forgot to mention Carter).

Agreed.

So why loan another (shite) one in?

Because we might have multiple injuries in that position. He's one injury away from being needed in the matchday squad.

It would be like asking why we would bother having 3 keepers.

Can anyone see this lot having the balls to win at Knob End 🙈

Been thinking this for the last ten mins or so. Haven’t won a single battle. Everyone has looked limp. Saturday 3pm at Deepdale and they’ll be up for it. Could be an embarrassing scoreline. This one would have been, if Birmingham had their shooting boots.

They had a discussion allegedly last week, and decided that they needed to go to basics.  Gally is the workhorse and brittain would play to his strengths

I hope this isn't the output

We are gutless and have been for years...

When we lose we get pummelled.. when we go behind we never look like coming back...

#bottlers

Only decent when the sun is shine and lovely day is playing, otherwise we have the core of a jellyfish

Tronstad gets a yellow card thanks to Brittain not being able to pass a ball to someone right next to him in a neon yellow shirt.

Moran has been awful, so weak. Garett not up to it, Fleck is a seasoned campaigner at this level. Not laid a glove on them, even more so since going behind, where is the kitchen sink and at least go down fighting.

And if my auntie had balls she'd be my uncle.

2 minutes into stoppage time and Pears boots a free kick out of play - ideal

The players need to take a long hard look at themselves. No manager in the world can fix a team that can’t string two passes together.

It's obviously the gameplan to keep it simple. But we look so tense and nervy it's not promising for the coming few months. And no response as usual.

Well done to Brum. At least they made an effort tonight and actually tried to win the game. Fully deserved 3 points.

Disgraceful from us. Not enough effort or desire at all.

Two tough away games to come. We're in deep trouble.
