Armchair supporter supremo Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Result. Away Point and a clean sheet. Job done. Quote
Polky Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 First clean sheet in 18 games (25 November 2023). 3 Quote
CambridgeRover Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Clean sheet is good, but jesus does not look good against an awful Cardiff side Quote

superniko Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 (edited) Alexa - please can you sum up that Rovers performance? ”Okay, John Buckleys 93rd minute free kick cross” Edited February 20, 2024 by superniko 2 Quote

On the flip side, yet another game against an awful side where we have failed to win. There's not a chance we're picking up points against sides at the top in the run in and we badly need points on the board now. We're awful and deserve to go down. Quote
BigBar Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 What a wasted opportunity at the death from Buckleys shite delivery. 2 Quote

NeilInBristol Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Fuck me that was dire. Glad we got a clean sheet. Glad it's only a short walk to the car and a 1hr drive home. Feel for the guys around me who are heading back up North. Long journey for a such a shit performance but we got a clean sheet and I'll take that. Shame we had no real threat. Bucko looked ok coming back. The loanees are crap. Clean sheet though. 3 Quote

Torgeir Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 A lot better. Bucko and Tronstad look a good pairing. Still only one good chance over the 90 minutes so all in all a poor game by all standards, but take the point and prepare for Norwich. Chrisene improved a little too in the second half. Cardiff there for the taking, as were Birmingham. Quote

Venkys, Suhail, Waggott will be ordering the Indian ready for the £5m bids we’ll get and Broughton will scour the ‘Brighton academy’ tab on his spreadsheet for a loanee replacement 3 Quote
Tugayisgod Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Absolute shite for an hour, much better last 1/2 hours with the subs making a big difference. Buckley excellent considering he's hardly played for 3 months and Dolan also busy as usual. Clean sheet, Pears solid, put the point in the bag and move on (as Tony would say) 1 Quote
ABBEY Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 Settle for that ... 6 points 2 games Shows how shit venkyscum have made us. Quote

Lancaster Rover Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 All important clean sheet, gives us a bit of something to build on and gets the monkey off our back to some extent. Quote
superniko Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 We better hope we’re on 45 or so points by the 10th March, as I can barely see a point after that looking at the fixtures. 1 Quote
