Suhail has always been the same he is a shadow director directing things at Rovers on behalf of his boss big Barry they only gave him a title last time the spotlight was turned on him.

I think people have said he has been around since the takeover happened.

Now just think about the inner goings on at Rovers the past 2 years and consider him and Waggot and big Baz being over ruled by the funding masters Mr & Mrs D.  You must let your mates Tony and Mark go and you must install a DoF and head coach model to take the club in a different direction because funding has to be cut.

Its interesting question, which of the 4 still has the interest in owning Rovers. Looking at the Venkys London Limited accounts and Companies House it is always Mr Desai who signed the accounts off

It is very unfortunate if the family members (owners) are not pulling in the same direction regarding the direction and ambition of the club. That being said, it probably explains some of the dire running of the club the last decade. Venkys had the perfect oppurtunity to get back to the PL by backing JDT, which they did not.

It is also very depressing that the Lancashire Telegraph does not try to use some basic investigative journalism by trying to dig into the various roles at the club and especially owners. When did the owners get interviewed last time by UK press?

Suhail, Waggot and the lot are often travelling down to India to visit the owners. LET should be on that plane and get a few interviews

The Lancashire Telegraph do as they are told by the club.

We have seen examples in the past of them accidentally leaving in, references that show they need permission to print certain articles.

I agree but its would be like if 4 friends bought a football club eventually you would have different opinions on different subjects which would lead to arguments and falling out.

Its been possible over 10 years since the last time they were interviewed. The LT have asked for interviews with owners but they never happened. Waggott hasn't done interviews this summer which PNE and Blackpool CEO's did.

Before even travelling they would need to make sure an interview is schedule first otherwise what's the point.

Mrs Desai calls the shots. She is head of the family. The brothers can have an opinion but can't over rule her in any way

If Suhail only went this week to India to sort the budgets, it proves that what Elliott Jackson said about us having money was purely an opinion.

who knows if he gone or not.

Park and Gestede appointments have happened and announce. Adam Owen hopefully soon.

Probably just his job. Mrs Desai was left as head of the family when the father passed. Mr Desai wouldn't of taken full control for marrying in to the family.

Be good if you could. Would show that Waggott hasn't got a direct link to the top person in charge

Rovers Trust were told he didnt meet them as he was sorting budgets. Would be typically late for us so sounds reasonable although Suhail does seem keen to avoid interaction and just lurk in the background as a Venkys puppet.

He said we had a budget for Academy players and we’ve already signed one, so he’s right so far.

He might be proven right and we might have money to spend, but if they havent even decided, then he cant possibly know either way. And to be fair, he didnt say otherwise, its just that people read into a random sentence at the end of a random article as if it was club endorsed statement.

I have read the minutes from the We Are The Rovers group meeting with Waggott.

Lurk in the background? attends most Blackburn Rovers games

On budgets, lets hope this is sorted now given we have made 2 appointments and sign under 21 players since he gone to India. Hopefully we have been doing work in the background speaking to clubs and player's agents over possible transfers fees, terms, etc.
