Rak-sakyi story is becoming a farse - he’s never coming here.

If Rovers were ever going to have him on loan or any other capacity, surely it was as part of the Wharton deal

JDT also made it known what he wanted and we all know how that ended up!!!

Sweet dreams!

Maybe Eustace has more say in transfers than JDT did?

So, Caulker decided on us for the money, obviously.

Medical showed up a few issues, offered a shorter deal.

Not quite sure I understand the issue on this one, he still had a deal on the table?

Wasn't the case that Coventry were willing to sell Hyam so we moved for him instead of Caulker and we were interesting in also signing Van Den Berg on loan from Liverpool but he moved to German club so we signed Mola on loan

Wasn't Danny Batth offered 2 years and then had the rug pulled from under his feet?,  I also seem to remember hearing stories that Wahlstedt was offered lower terms once he turned up to sign his contract which had previously bene agreed

Wasn't it the case that JDT and GB wanted to sign him and were willing to give him a 2 years contract but Rovers management and owners weren't willing give him more than 1 year contract given

What?

I asked why the article states "Ali-Al Hamadi signs".

Is that a serious question given Its not my article and should that not been directly at the person who wrote their article

Sheffield Wednesday look active with their transfers, spending money and making some decent free transfers…They will do well this season!

Yes they have got in targets early but are any ones you wanted us to sign?

Wasn't the Rak-Sakyi story last week but it was Luton who were in pole position?

Making it up as he goes along Nixon.

Nixon has said that Luton want a buy, Palace want a loan. That's a crucial detail here.

Championship clubs will always interested in good young PL players who will available on loan

We got a winger in for the medical last summer on deadline day. But then finances didn't allow it to complete.

This was Oliver Burke. Not as glamorous as he is making out.

He agreed to let another player leave on loan, however that fell through, so this deal  subsequently fell through.

It was a straight swap financially, one in and one out, however Gregg got the in but I believe it was Bristol that pulled out of signing one of ours. The same that Gregg promised would get done.

Who was the player going to Bristol?

You mean they've not deliberately sabotaged any effort to get the club into the playoffs and then deliberately try to get the club relegated instead?

But what about the FFP?

Wednesday have an ‘interesting’ owner who is far from universally popular but they do have an average attendance getting on for double of ours at c.27k which helps massively.

No chance we’re getting Rak-Sakyi, put a line through that one.

Can’t complain too much at Krul, certainly an improvement on Ruddy or Pears IMO.

Agreed on Krul. He only joined Luton last summer though, so would cost a fee. Can't imagine it would be too high though and if it keeps Pears and Leo out of the sticks, it'll be worth it.

Alas however, it's just another link and no point in getting to concerned by it, as it's probably bullplop.

It’s a genuine link I’ve been told, whether they can afford the wages is another thing

He's a proper cock but he's a long way to go until he's on the level of what we're lumbered with here.

It's Nixons go to 'story'. He's no actual news so he just recycles the same name again and again. Probably why he was apparently laughing when someone ask if his rovers news would be good or bad.
