He said “the recruitment team know the parameters they’re working within” or something similar in that article.

Erm, that looks like a Cornish flag and the Cornish way of putting the scone together.

Devons flag is green with white cross and cream on the scone and Jam on top…

Similar story to Hedges I think in that he will miss the first game or 2 of pre season after injury at the end of last season (ankle injury in Gilsenans case)
