Surely Newcastle have signed him to help with their homegrown quota.

Why would they loan him out?

That must be the most bizarre signing of the summer, esp if they end up loaning him out. Take a punt on one of the Dutch lads if Iverson is too expensive

Im confused. Why is Ruddy still on our radar if we are after one of these Dutch keepers?

Stay away from Ruddy. These 2 fit the criteria id like much more, coming into their peak to be number 1 for a while.

If JE wants Ruddy there’s probably a reason why.

Nixon said in the piece, that Euastace is still hoping to get Ruddy on loan but the club have been looking at alternatives and the Lange is top of the list

His judgement is not perfect. Ruddy is not good enough anymore.

Somewhat contradictory. So is Ruddy first choice or De Lange?

Seems like Ruddy might be a fallback. The other two have plenty of interested parties, I think.

Bit nervy of random overseas keepers after the last disaster 😳 of course there's the chance of another Kaminski-esque one though.

Was Wahlstedt supposedly signed for the first team at AGF as he's not playing I don't think after his calamity debut 🤔

Played every game in the Eredivisie the last 2 years has De Lange. Decent pedigree and good age. Plays at a far higher level than Wahlstedt had before he came

exactly and he is playing in the Dutch top division. Looking at permanent signing is the right division and someone who will improve is

£2 million sounds a lot of money but surely better buying someone who can be sold on rather than handing it to a 37 year old in wages?

I agree totally.

I wonder if he has release clause?

Cos Eustace wants Ruddy.

I agree and looking at these 2 keepers to bring in 1 is the right way to go.

did I say it would?

Eustace clearly wants Ruddy which I said I think wouldn't do that transfer. I'm more in favour of bringing in 1 of those 2 keepers who we were linked today or someone like that. We seems to be looking into Europe for players and I am pleased by that.

Going off Nixon, Ruddy is first choice for Eustace.

I doubt The ruddy deal will be happening anyway .

Let's hope not. I can't be arsed watching Ruddy get chipped every game.

If that was the case, then Eustace clearly cannot judge goalkeepers very well.

Pears and Ruddy would be by far the worst set of keepers in the league.
