Well we could have this team in league one next season if something doesn't change..

Wahlstedt

Carter, ORiordan, Wharton Pickering,

Rankin-Costello, Buckley, Garrett, Gilsenan

Leonard, Telalovic

This is either a sitcom, or a horror pic. I’m not sure which, & I hope we don’t have to find out.

Hyam is a plant pot i think he comes across a bit snidey to be honest, a big arrogant.

He needs to consider that ironically and fortunate for us it was Millwall pissing about and being negative at the back that led to our goal so no wonder fans are panicking.

He also needs to wake up to the fact he not the fans is very much a part of the responsibility of where we are this season so stop trying to deflect that.  You get the feeling down there some want to try and blame fans instead of accepting their own failings.

Thirdly they brought in a 37 yr old to show him how it's done, a guy who is twice the defender he is but now getting old.

Concentrate on the pitch and your team mates not what's going on behind the goal you prat.

They are everything we should have been after lge 1 promotion but we had a set of dollopers running the show who were actually getting backed with cash but choosing to tell the owners woa slow down.

Never forgive them for that they really weren't the heroes they were made out to be and the biggest tit of the lot is still riding the gravy train.

We were never doing that under Mowbray, we were playing shit football in league 1, lucky to go up imo

It was like JDT never left, pointless possession based football full of 6 yard backwards and sideways passes. Total borefest and you just knew Millwall would score with their only shot on goal.

The loss of Adam Wharton is massive there is nobody who can get their foot on the ball and make a forward pass through the lines.

It’s going to be a grim last 10 games and relegation seems inevitable at this point as we draw our way to the finish line.

It was like Tomasson never left, except we came back from a goal down. That's 3 times under Eustace, it is the one major positive since he came in.

It's worth pointing out we saw this football under him plenty times with way better at his disposal.

Too many short memories around our lot.

Still hasnt won a game and is dishing up some Appleton esque football

Funnily enough, I thought within a day or so of appointing him 'this guy gives me Appleton vibes'. I didn't post it as I didn't want to jinx it, speak too soon, or be too negative about it so early, but as the matches keep coming the comparison seems more and more apt.

I'm going with horror. Given the budget has been repeatedly slashed.

We all also Know What They Did Last Summer (and Last January...and this January, and...)

Although it could be both and be a horror-comedy. I certainly find myself wanting to Scream.

As I said when appointed, Eustace is a step down from JDT.

We were bad under JDT, but at least under him we drew with Rotherham, if we played them tomorrow at Ewood I've no doubt we'd get beat, we're the worst team in the division right now.

I'm not sure why you're so certain we'd lose to a team who have lost their last 8 games straight, after we just drew with a team who had just won their last two, and we've recently drawn with other teams who are also better than Rotherham.

'At least we drew with Rotherham' has to be one of the most backhanded compliments imaginable. They're the absolute whipping boys of the league. We're merely draw specialists right now, and playing turgid stuff. As depressing as it is, we're actually in better form than we were in the latter days of JDT's reign, a patch including the Rotherham game you mention. We could have done with more draws back then.

I didn't want him to leave in the first place, but he's a man of ambition and integrity and he'd been lied to. He rightly jumped on the first life raft out of here.

GB should have gone too. The fact he hasn’t says something about his ambition or lack there of.

It was slow and unimaginative performance by Rovers. Slow and safety in possession all game. It's another point and we came back to draw the game. Its 7 points in the lasy 7 games. Only positives in dull and boring game

Only highlighted of the game was Szmodics's finish.

I wouldn't have put Pickering at right wing back but change to a back 4 at half bring on O'Riordan at right back and taken McFadzean for Sigurdsson or Chrisene to play left wing in 4-4-1-1 formation.

I hope Briitain, Tronstad and Pears are all fit for Saturday game. My team would be Pears; Brittain, Hyam, Wharton? Pickering; Dolan, Buckley, Tronstad, Sigurdsson; Szmodics; Gallagher

BTW, Gregg Broughton was in the Director box last night

How can the signing of a footballer who has hardly kicked a ball in the last 12 months owing to 2 broken leg issues be low risk either physically or financially?

Any club with any nous would not have signed a player with such an injury record unless they had got at least half a dozen 60 minute appearances under their belt in the last couple of months.  You saw it with Dack, players with serious injuries are always prone to breaking down.

As for "Only 5 months contract" - how much do you think that has cost plus his medical surgery / rehab!?!?  IMO, anything from £300k to £500k with all costs factored in.  The only way it could have been deemed no risk was it Fleck had been signed on a pay as you play basis.

I've explained my opinion on the Fleck signing and I stand by that opinion thanks Mercer.

Arbitro has posted that Pears is out on Saturday too. We should still beat Plymouth without him, although I won’t be putting any money on that.

Not only have we not won a game under Eustace yet, we have never been in front. If he is prepared to state in his press conferences that last night was a good point and the players believe it, then perhaps he needs to man up and say it like it is.

Last night was two points dropped and we all know that.

We were in front against Preston and threw away a two goal lead.

We have been since early December, we didn't lose last night !

JDT is more culpable than Eustace for our present plight, the owners , Waggott and the shadow man are the ones who really have to go ...

The game completely validated the point I made in the relegation thread.

Our fate depends on Szmodics keeping fit and getting the injured players back and keeping fit. JRC and Carter in particular will bring qualities we were sadly lacking last night.

Thankfully Pears being out didn't cost us last night although Pears would probably have stood up when facing that Millwall goal shot.

That Millwall side were certainly no better than us and in the dog eat dog world of 2 going down out of 11 in danger (I am calling being within 6 points of a relegation place as in danger given the way both the previous 22nd and 23rd teams have put back to back wins together as had Millwall) there are definitely at least 2 of those 11 with clearly worse squads than Rovers.

I'd be absolutely fuming if I was a Millwall fan after their lack of adventure. I honestly don't think there is a team they will face with less backbone and a 3 points gift, they too are still in the relegation mix.

Also piss off with your gesturing Hyam, worry about your horrific defending than one or two jeers for our negative play.

I am probably the only one seeing any positives from last night. Millwall had come to put 11 players behind the ball - they rarely threatened apart from set pieces - a perfect match for Rovers to lose to a sucker punch. But we didn't, and despite injuries, numerous fixtures and extra time, illness in the camp we were able to come back for a well deserved draw. Perfect, obviously not, in trouble - definitely, the odd sign we may get out of this mess - I think so.

Congratulations to Szmodics who scored his 100th career goal and his 20th for us this season.

It's terrifying to think that without his goals we would have only scored 30.

Reap what you sow.
