Bronzed A Donis Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 Millwall there for the taking , so long as we don't concede any corners. Really poor both sides of which we've been marginally less poor. The Championship in a nutshell. Some of the first touches in this game are appalling. Quote

OsloRover Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 Very good defensive performance from everyone involved. Need some more individuality up front. Dilan maybe our best option off the bench. Quote
den Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 If I’ve ever seen relegation football, this is it. 8 Quote
joey_big_nose Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 What's worrying is we played pretty well in controlling the match, Millwall had nothing apart from one sniff. But they look far more like scoring even from that one corner. It was inches from a goal. Quote

Feel the cross is much less dangerous than blocking it out for a corner. Quote

I think the only real thing he offers is running/pressing for the team. That 45 minutes is the epitome of his capabilities as a footballer - heart and an engine but limited technically. Quote
Old Codger Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 Crowd looks as thin as was to be expected. Thin crowd. Thin budget. Thin squad. Thin returns this season. Thin effort to score this evening. No thin to shout about. 😞 6 Quote

Keep it going and get Buckley more on the ball but stop with the early cross-field balls; go at them. Quote
Fraserkirky Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 Absolutely rotten, we will be lucky to stay in this division. What a bloody mess. Quote
RTM08 Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 So we've traded pretty but ineffective football to abysmal but ineffective football. Nothing I've seen so far makes me want Eustace here longer than this month let alone past this season. 2 Quote
CambridgeRover Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 If we win I dont care about anything else! If we lose sack Eustace and give it to Damien Johnson 1 Quote

Operation “No Pressure On Results” in full swing. I’d want a new coach ASAP, but Venky’s aren’t paying 2 years off and nobody’s coming in for Eustace on these displays. Quote
CambridgeRover Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 Brittain injured so Pickering at right back Chrisene at left back 1 Quote

London blue Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 Brittain was having his best game in months. Pickering at RWB is asking for trouble. 2 Quote
OsloRover Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 Chrisene on for Brittain, Pickering now at right wing back. Shame, Callum was one of our best first half 2 Quote

Then, why did they bring him back? Our club isn’t the only one that does the inexplicable. Quote

moerpho Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 If there ever was a game that had 0-0 written all over it this is it. Trust both teams to miss a penalty if given. Really poor. Quote
