Backroom Tom Posted March 29, 2024 Backroom Posted March 29, 2024 A couple of results not ideal but in reality it a good set of results meaning we will be at worst still 3 points from the bottom 3 Quote

superniko Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Good results for us. QPR late goal means we know its Brum to cheer against now Win today and we’re safe, but would be content with 1 point Quote
davulsukur Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Not sure on that lineup but you know you can't rely on Gallagher or Buckley for any reasonable amount of time, they are just far too injury prone. We don't have many goals in that side (as always) Quote

Good set of results today though, I thought Venus being put on gardening leave and Rowett coming in would spark Birmingham into life 2 Quote
philipl Posted March 29, 2024 Author Posted March 29, 2024 Dream results for Ipswich so they will be fired up. At least we will still be 3 points off a relegation slot and have two clubs between us and 22nd as well. A free hit for both us and Ipswich. Quote

Would require 2 of those 3 teams to turn a 3 game swing against us with just 7 remaining. I don’t think a win settles it now, but expect us to pick up a point or two from the final 7 games after. davulsukur Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Ipswich can go top and you'd expect them to be well up for this to get that win. Our lot generally aren't up for a game at the best of times, could be a long evening ahead. Quote

So I'm now a tad more optimistic about today👍😄 Edited March 29, 2024 by Armchair supporter supremo Quote
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Anybody know why MacFad is missing ? Quote
Armchair supporter supremo Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Really solid looking squad for us on paper with the rarity of square pegs in square holes all over! Only liabilities for me are the cement footed pickering, lack of a natural centre forward(nothing new there though) and Calamity Pears. Quote
Gav Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Great support from Suffolk, big numbers, all credit to them. Quote
Backroom Tom Posted March 29, 2024 Backroom Posted March 29, 2024 Useful early yellow that we need to load that wing now Quote
B16Rover Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Commentator talking about how better we are defensively whilst Brittain chooses to pull a man facing the opposite direction to the goal down for some reason Quote
duckson Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Stupid by Brittain, could of been a pen, should of been. Quote
Backroom Tom Posted March 29, 2024 Backroom Posted March 29, 2024 Brittain that is absolutely idiotic so lucky to get away with it 1 Quote
CambridgeRover Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Lucky to not have given a penalty away there Quote
roversinmyblood Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Wharton’s has been terrible so far. So many errors! Quote
moerpho Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Ipswich should've had a penalty to be fair. Think we're gonna need a big helping from grandma luck if we're to get something from this one Quote
