Yeah, I know. I just feel that a lot of these players at the top of the championship would be better off waiting, dominating for another season or two, and wait for a club that's not odds on to drop right back down. I get that there's risks with that approach too, and maybe Kaminski was too far the other side of 30 to consider it, but i dunno you see players like BBD fade away into memes and its hard not to wonder if there might have been a better way.

In fairness BBD had faded away here back to his natural state, before he even left...

That week were they led 2 nil to Norwich and 3 nil to Plymouth and ended up drawing both seems to have really knocked the stuffing out of them.

They have been conceding alot of goals recently and Heckingbottom had some interesting post match words. I think they are missing Liam Millar but also think they need to change formation to 4-2-3-1 and get extra attacking player in the team(it's been a discussion at work with PNE fans agreeing with my point above)

I think it was a move he was never turned down but surprised Ipswich or Southampton or someone like Wolves or Everton.

I think BBD again picked the wrong club to sign for. Maybe he should have signed for Sheffield United instead where he was on loan at last season.

God awful Burnley side rag last minute win via Penalty.

If we cant give that Shower a real going over at Ewood we never will again.

Don't often see referree David Webb applauded off the pitch but that's happened after he gave Burnley a 94th minute penalty for "hand ball".

At least it keeps Scott Parker in charge.

Your best chance in over a decade. I’m not even sure how we are supposed to be playing. It’s all very slow. Sideways and Backwards. 
 

Reasonable defence but that’s about it. We are a long way from being one of the best sides in the division.

Think he could have started to come under pressure if you’d not have won today, staying up in touching distance of the top two is a nice habit to have even when not playing superbly mind

Another penalty given by head set, there's no way the ref was giving Burnley that pen. Same happened to Rovers at Watford.

There either is, or there isn't var in the Championship.

Your nowhere near the level of free flowing football you played under Kompany,nowhere near,suprised really with the resources available.

Then again sadly,you do have Owners who give a toss and who will spend come January to timely strengthen your Hand.

Well I wouldn’t be anticipating anything stellar from our side unless we magically ‘click’ as I’ve kidded myself we might. I’ve not seen enough of you to say how you’ll fare.

Right now  I’m expecting a lot of passion and endeavour but not much quality football.

Yep, Rotherham away August 2023 was the last league penalty we had, which we missed.

The last one in the league we had before that was October 2022, which we scored.

So two league penalty's in just over 2 years.

We have had 3 penalty's in cup games in that period too, two scored & one missed.
