Saw something suggesting maybe the ‘thickos’ comment was aimed at the board / owners.
Would seem strange for a club legend whose been there so long as player and manager to suddenly call fans ‘thickos’.

They seem to be punching above their weight this season anyway so seems strange

On a record of 3 wins and 2 defeats?

And if you know your history it's enough to make your heart go, woah, woah woah woah.

Here’s a stat for you. As of right now only Sheffield United of the 5 Yorkshire teams have beaten any of the 3 Lancashire teams this season.

Leeds have been beaten by Burnley and us and currently PNE are deservedly 1-0 up.

It will be interesting who Millwall appoint as the next managerial appointment given Harris has left. There is some good options out there who I would be interviewing looking from a neutral point of view

Mark Robins would probably be my choice if he wants to move to London. Used to a tight budget and his teams play a decent kind of football.

And I expect Leeds to get loans from Salzburg and Leipzig now they're part of the Red Bull family. Maybe they'll get Checo Perez from the F1 team, since they want to move him on 😄.

He would be on my shortlist as well as Tony Mowbray, Steven Schumacher and Lincoln head coach Michael Skubala.

It does appear that Wycombe boss Matt Broomfield from Nicko article this morning

Can't see Tony Mowbray. Long way Middlesbrough to beyond the Thames particularly with his recent illness.

Nicko reported this morning he is ready to return to Football management

He might well be ready to get back in, but that is a heck of a distance from his family. Probably more likely to take a job closer to home. I'd be really surprised if Mowbray turned up at a club down south.
