Hope they down tools before we meet.

We are not alone.

Sheffield Wednesday can confirm a temporary issue with the payment of player salaries for the month of March.

This has occurred as a result of significant sums of money owed to the chairman's businesses which has in turn impacted on the club's immediate cashflow.

The chairman is working hard to resolve this situation at the earliest possible opportunity and in the meantime thanks everyone for their patience and understanding.

Derby now 2-0 up on Preston, On track for 4 straight wins. Quite ironic that run started with them beating us and we've just lost 4 on the bounce.

11 points behind us as it stands. Highly unlikely but knowing us under Venkys I wouldn't put it past them to finish above us at the rate both teams are going.

Burnley now in pole position after Leeds continue falling apart

Sadly can’t see them dropping many points now

Yep, looking likely that it'll be Burnley and Sheffield United as the top two. The title clincher will probably be when they play each other at Turf Moor.

Think Parker has done a terrific job at Burnley.

Started the season by hammering Luton away and then had the rug pulled from under him with a raft of key player sales.

Sad to say, and we might not like it, but as a club they are now in a different stratosphere.

Dropped Meslier today after his awful mistakes this season. Must have cost Leeds at least 10 points , difference with Trafford at Burnley, although I'm not sure with that back 4 in front of him he's had anything to do in most games

Could the weekend get any worse..

This weekend has been a positive - we've made positive inroads into the regime. We need to keep the pressure up.

What Burnley do is irrelevant - we're a much bigger club than them when we aren't being artificially supressed by spiteful / incompetent owners.
