Got told the other day that we celebrated our draw at The Dome like a win.

Thought the champagne was coming out there tonight.

trafford is a lanky ****,if you put it in the corner he is`nt getting down to it

if either team gets promoted i think they`ll have to modify their styles somewhat, sunderland the better side though, just got a brainless centre forward

Crazy to put second pen at same side. No sympathy with Isi like sky commentator who must be a dingle with all praise he gave. First was outside but second was not soft when he knows a follow through will take his legs. As for Trafford he's a disgrace for time wasting then laughs to crowd.

We've got to take advantage now and win tomorrow.

Nothing about that Burnley side for the Money spent..total shyte.

They can't keep winning 1 0, it'll catch up with them.

They don't score enough goals.

Sheffield United should win the league and Leeds should go up second

I still can't get over the fact that if you take out the first 2 games, when they scored 9, they are the lowest scorers in the league.

Yet they are still somehow 2nd.

signing barnes is the height of their ambition😁

Supposedly they were willing to go up to £10m for Cannon but were outbid by Sheff Utd and Sunderland.

Sunderland will be wondering how they didn't get 3 points out of that. Much the better side I thought and missed a couple of sitters and 2 penalties.

They should have made someone else take the 2nd pen, he put it EXACTLY in the same place!

I thought exactly the same. I was expecting a lap of honour with a blow up trophy and Flemming to put his shirt on a corner post and wave it around.

If anything, the luck went against them tonight with 2 dodgy penalties.

1st one definitely was, I thought the Sunderland player conned the ref, kicked his own foot.

2nd one was nailed on I thought. Trafford wiped the player out and didn't even get a touch on the ball.

Trafford wasn't involved in giving away the penalties

They are this years Ipswich. Lady luck constantly on their side jammy fuckers.

Hopefully they start to fall off because their team isn't actually that good considering how much they have spent.

Eh?

Who was on the second one then?

Trafford picked up a yellow card for his sins.

He was involved in a scuffle as he went down wasting time

Weird, I thought it was a clear foul by Trafford.

Ref was right on top of it, gave himself a couple of seconds to think about it, then pointed to the spot.

Trafford is too good for this league.  He'll be a premiership goal keeper next season whether Burnley go up or not

He’s not good enough for the premier league, dodgy keeper even with the odd wonder save

Edit - having said that I’ve seen Jason Steele and Walton go on to be premier league keepers so he is good enough - just not that good in my view

Difficult to view this as anything other than a massive boost to our own playoff chances. Their fans seem unanimously happy about it too!

Albion fans love him after his previous success there but I can’t see this working out. It’s a shame really because I like Albion, always enjoyed trips to the Hawthorns and if I’d been unlucky enough to grow up in the ugly dump that is the West Midlands conurbation I’d probably have been a Baggies fan.

I will always be grateful to Tony for getting us out of League 1 at the first attempt (though he took us down) and among the many duds he brought some excellent players to the club.

He remains controversial however because in the end  he overstayed his welcome and jokes about him boosting his pension fund were correct, as he knew he was under no pressure to win promotion to the Premier League and could stay at what he realised was a middling and unambitious club for as long as he wanted. The overwhelming feeling when he went was one of relief

So good luck WBA supporters. How long before Tony starts picking weird team formations, playing players in wrong positions and, as results dip, fobbing off fans with talk of a “long term project”?  Start taking the Mogaddon pills chaps, you’ll need them
