Exiled_Rover Posted February 14 Posted February 14 2 'first goal of the season' scorers and we're in February. Eustace is definitely playing real life Football Manager right now. 1 Quote
StHelensRover Posted February 14 Posted February 14 Be great if QPR go on and get 4 or 5 tonight, will make for a good 'togetherness' presser at FT 1 Quote
wilsdenrover Posted February 14 Posted February 14 One more for QPR and Derby will drop into the bottom three. Quote

Ianrally Posted February 14 Posted February 14 The Derby captain is wearing shoulder pads. Is he an ex NFL softie? Quote

Backroom DE. Posted February 14 Backroom Posted February 14 I knew things were bad at Derby when I saw them salivating over the thought of getting Siggy and Dolan in the summer. I've stuck up for Dolan more than most and think there's a player there, but he's still far from the finished article and time will tell on whether he gets to where he could be. Siggy meanwhile has injury problems and even when fit is a 15 minute player. If those two are a huge improvement on what Derby have, then little wonder they are getting battered 4-0 by QPR. 1 Quote
Tugay-is-God Posted February 14 Posted February 14 Eustace speedrunning his route to the relegation zone this year. Quote
Ianrally Posted February 14 Posted February 14 The look on his face as they were coming off…….,,,What the f..k have I done. Quote
47er Posted February 14 Posted February 14 Preston v Burnley? Hard when you want both sides to lose! I think I would prefer a Preston victory. Its looking more and more likely that Burnley will finish 3rd and will play the club that finishes 6th in the Play-Offs. That might just be us! Imagine that! Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted February 15 Posted February 15 much rather have north end winning today,if they can`t then maybe cripple a dingle or two or dracula to bite scott parker😁 1 Quote
arbitro Posted February 15 Posted February 15 Twenty minutes in and the Dingles are singing No, Nay, Never for the fifth time. We absolutely do live rent free in their empty heads. 2 Quote
superniko Posted February 15 Posted February 15 This PNE pitch is awful - sad indictment of the Football League Quote
den Posted February 15 Posted February 15 Sure I heard the commentator say Preston/ Burnley was the biggest Derby in Lancashire. Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted February 15 Posted February 15 north end the better side.burnley content to sit back and try and nick one later, not sure this dingle approach can take them much further, can`t see them getting automatic promotion Quote
Hasta Posted February 15 Posted February 15 (edited) Burnley always look limited going forward, really lack ideas. If they ever went behind they would be in trouble having to open up and chase games. Problem is, you have to say the two at the back are outstanding every week, so it doesn’t happen. And eventually they nick one. Edited February 15 by Hasta Quote

Whenever I’ve seen them, they don’t look like they’re parking the bus, they are trying to score, they just don’t have enough up front. They’re well wasteful in front of goal. That Esteve at centre half is absolutely superb though, as much as it pains me to say it. 1 Quote
Dreams of 1995 Posted February 15 Posted February 15 Parker sets his teams up to walk the ball in. Slow and methodical. Doesn’t work in the Premier league You can’t argue with their defence though. 9 goals conceded is it? And one of them was Weimann’s rocket Quote
