Oxford offering a good press but little quality, Norwich team look like they met each other for the first time this afternoon

Agree there. Norwich don't look like a team and with Rowe not playing seems to be affecting.

Portsmouth now beating Leeds 2-1

Two of the promoted teams are winning which adds more credence to our win last night.

Norwich are awful, Oxford decent.

Hanley, although slightly pushed, FU for the Oxford goal.

They should have scored another following a keeper blunder. Open goal but from distance.

Norwich are, to a large degree masters of their own downfall so far. Expecting lumps like Hanley and Duffy to play out from the back is far too much and the Oxford press is excellent. It will be interesting to see if they change in the second half. I don't think this will have gone unnoticed by Eustace.

Wonder if Eustace could be tempted to start Ohashi over Gueye against Norwich?   Would maybe give extra in the press alongside Dolan, especially if Norwich will continue to pass it out via Hanley & Duffy

Gueye and Szmodics (if he is still here next weekend) off the bench

Edit - think we may have seen Hanley's last game for Norwich

2-0 Oxford. Norwich look very poor. Their centre halves Duffy and Hanley are absolute dog shit. Fine margins in this league. We could do ok if we can keep our main players fit.

They were exactly my thoughts too. Ohashi and Dolan would execute a great press with Gueye a good option off the bench. Tuesday's line up will be interesting with several players who would be considered starters a little behind on fitness. Does Eustace risk them?

Watched a lot of the second half.

Norwich individually and collectively woeful all over the park. They can't possibly be that bad again when we go to Carrow Road.

Oxford played lovely neat compact football but were never seriously challenged. A lot of their passing looked spectacularly good but left me thinking an aggressive pressing side could really mess with them.

Deffo agree here. Norwich are losing the best players. Looks like a big job there for their new head coach.

Leeds vs Portsmouth was a great game for a neutral.

Now time for the next game
